“أكريس” يستقبل وفداً رفيع المستوى من المعهد الدبلوماسي الجزائري لتعزيز الشراكة الاستراتيجية

في إطار تعزيز الروابط العلمية والبحثية بين جمهورية مصر العربية والجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، وفي ظل التطور الإيجابي الملحوظ في العلاقات الثنائية، استقبل المركز الأفريقي للأبحاث والدراسات الاستراتيجية (ACRESS) بمقره في القاهرة، وفداً رفيع المستوى من المعهد الدبلوماسي والعلاقات الدولية (IDRI) التابع لوزارة الشؤون الخارجية الجزائرية.

شهد الاجتماع حضور كوكبة من القامات الدبلوماسية والأكاديمية من الجانبين:

من الجانب الجزائري الشقيق:

سعادة الدكتور/ محند أمقران جمعة، مدير إدارة البحوث والدراسات الاستراتيجية بالمعهد الدبلوماسي (IDRI).

سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور/ بلقاسم إيراتني، أستاذ العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية والاستاذ المشارك  بالمعهد الدبلوماسي الجزائري.

سعادة المستشار الدكتور/ هادف نور الدين، المستشار الثقافي بسفارة الجزائر لدى القاهرة.

من جانب المركز الأفريقي للأبحاث (ACRESS):

الدكتورة/ غادة فؤاد، مديرة المركز الأفريقي للأبحاث والدراسات الاستراتيجية .

الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد عاشور مهدي، أستاذ العلوم السياسية والقانون الدولي بجامعة القاهرة، ونائب رئيس الهيئة العلمية الاستشارية للمركز.

الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبد السلام نوير، أستاذ العلوم السياسية وعميد كلية التجارة بجامعة أسيوط سابقاً، وعضو الهيئة العلمية الاستشارية للمركز.

الدكتورة/ دينا العشري، رئيس تحرير مجلة الدراسات الأفريقية والعربية، وعضو الهيئة العلمية الاستشارية للمركز.

الدكتورة/ حنان عز العرب، مسئول برنامج الدراسات البرلمانية بالمركز  

وعدد من الباحثين بالمركز من دول مختلفة: الباحث/ سنوسي حامد (النيجر)، الباحث/ إبراهيم كيتا (غينيا)، والباحث/ حامد إبراهيم (مصر).

تناول اللقاء التباحث في صور التعاون المستقبلي وتبادل الخبرات، بهدف تحقيق أقصى استفادة متبادلة للمؤسسات البحثية والدبلوماسية في مصر والجزائر، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة للدولتين.

كما أعربت إدارة المركز عن تقديرها العميق لجهود سعادة السفير/ محمد سفيان رباح، سفير الجزائر لدى مصر، وفريق عمل السفارة، في دعم هذا التقارب الذي يعكس عمق العلاقات الأخوية وتطورها المستمر في الآونة الأخيرة تحت قيادة البلدين الشقيقين.

وتنظر إدارة المركز إلى أهمية هذه اللقاءات لتعزيز التعاون وتطوير العلاقات البحثية والاكاديمية بين المركز والدول الافريقية لخلق إطار عمل افريقي – افريقي يخدم قارتنا السمراء.

ACRESS Welcomes a High-Level Delegation from the Algerian Diplomatic Institute to Strengthen Strategic Partnership

Within the framework of strengthening scientific and research ties between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, and in light of the remarkable positive development in bilateral relations, the African Center for Research and Strategic Studies (ACRESS) hosted at its headquarters in Cairo a high-level delegation from the Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (IDRI), affiliated with the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting was attended by an elite group of diplomatic and academic luminaries from both sides:

From the Brotherly Algerian Side:

H.E. Dr. Mohand Amokrane Djouma, Director of the Department of Research and Strategic Studies at the Diplomatic Institute (IDRI).

H.E. Prof. Dr. Belkacem Iratni, Professor of Political Science and International Relations and Associate Professor at the Algerian Diplomatic Institute.

H.E. Counselor Dr. Hadef Noureddine, Cultural Counselor at the Embassy of Algeria in Cairo.

From the African Center for Research and Strategic Studies (ACRESS):

Dr. Ghada Fouad, Director of the African Center for Research and Strategic Studies.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ashour Mahdi, Professor of Political Science and International Law at Cairo University, and Vice Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Center.

Prof. Dr. Abdelsalam Nwayer, Professor of Political Science, former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at Assiut University, and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Center.

Dr. Dina El-Ashry, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of African and Arabian Studies, and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Center.

Dr. Hanan Ezz El-Arab, Head of the Parliamentary Studies Program at the Center.

A group of the Center’s researchers from various countries: Researcher Sanoussi Hamed (Niger), Researcher Ibrahim Keita (Guinea), and Researcher Hamed Ibrahim (Egypt).

The meeting involved discussions on future forms of cooperation and the exchange of expertise, aiming to achieve maximum mutual benefit for research and diplomatic institutions in Egypt and Algeria, in a manner that serves the common interests of both nations.

Furthermore, the Center’s administration expressed its deep appreciation for the efforts of H.E. Ambassador Mohamed Sofiane Berrah, Ambassador of Algeria to Egypt, and the embassy’s working team, in supporting this rapprochement. This cooperation reflects the depth of brotherly relations and their continuous development recently under the leadership of both brotherly countries.

The Center’s administration highlights the significance of these meetings in enhancing cooperation and developing research and academic relations between the Center and African nations, aiming to create an African-African framework that serves our cherished continent.
